Plans

Resumae offers a free tier with limited AI tailoring, no payment required. A paid Pro subscription is available in the app with expanded usage. See current plan details after you sign in.

Billing & renewal

Pro is offered on a monthly and an annual plan. Whichever you choose, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period via Stripe until you cancel. If payment fails, we may retry and suspend premium features until payment is resolved.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Stripe, so Resumae never sees or stores your card details. Major credit and debit cards are accepted; the exact methods available to you are shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the app before you confirm any charge.

Cancel anytime

Cancel via Account Settings or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then. No partial refunds for mid-period cancellation.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing [email protected] with the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are not available for:

• Requests after the 7-day window.
• Free-tier usage or partial months after cancellation.
• Accounts terminated for breach of our terms.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on an invoice, email [email protected] first. Most billing issues are misunderstandings we can fix faster than a card dispute can be raised. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is settled.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. See our Terms of Service for general terms.
